What methods of payment does SAM Printing accept?

How long does it take to produce my order?
 
OUR IN-HOUSE PROCESSING TIME is usually between 1-3 working days for Generics and approximately 15-19 working days for Custom Orders.  If you are running low on your decal supply, call us to see if we can speed-up processing to get it out by your deadline.  We ship U.S. Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise (for example, Next Day Express Mail).
 
What if I am not going to be present to accept my delivery from SAM Printing?
 
PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS with a member of your Service Team, a co-worker, building manager, etc. to secure your package.  SAM Printing, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier (Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc.) records that your package was delivered to your specified address.
 
Does SAM Printing offer RUSH shipping?
 
Yes...if you prefer, we can also ship your order one or two day air by Express Mail, UPS or FedEx...for Rush Charges and to speed-up in-house processing time, please call  (253) 517-8886 or e-mail sales@SAMPrinting.com .  Please remember to include our in-house processing time when estimating delivery date.

Is the SAM Printing shopping cart safe and secure?

SAM Printing has been in business since 1976.  We have had our web site online since 1996.  Have no fear, when you are shopping at www.SAMPrinting.com and entering your Credit Card information, you ARE in a Secure environment. For your protection, we have provided a shopping cart that uses a high-grade encryption key (RC4, 256 bit), the highest level of encryption that money can buy.  This Web site is secured with a STARFIELD Technologies Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

Does SAM Printing offer a Guarantee?
 
WE GUARANTEE YOUR ORDER will be the size, color and style that you ordered.  Remember, once you sign off on the proof for a Custom Order, you are responsible for any misspellings or incorrect numbers that were present on the proof you OK'ed (and consequently the errors on your delivered decals) since you did not catch the error during the proof reading opportunity you had prior to production.  If we ship you something in error, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.  If it is necessary, return the item to us within TEN (10) days of the date we shipped to you (call us first for a Return Authorization number).   If SAM Printing was at fault, we will send you (at our expense) the correct item and give you credit for your expense of shipping the first incorrect order back to us via Priority Mail.
 
What are the Terms of Sale?
 
All items are inspected before being shipped.  If you are not happy with your order, please contact us so that we can address the problem.  If it is determioned that your order needs to be returned, simply return the item(s) within FIFTEEN (15) days of the date we shipped to you.   It may take up to 10 days from the day we receive the returned item(s) for a credit to be issued.  There is a 20% Restocking Fee that applied to all Generic Sticker returns.  There is no restocking fee for exchanges.   Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is the fault of SAM Printing...in which case we will assume the cost of returning and reshipping.  You will also be charged for the shipping charges back to you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made by SAM Printing.   Please call us (800-SAM-1221) for a Return Authorization Number.  Packages returned without a visible Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) risk being refused and sent back to you.
 
What is the SAM Printing privacy policy...will my email address and other information be sold to other companies?
 
SAM Printing does NOT sell your customer information...your name, address, phone number, email address, etc. are safe and secure and only used by SAM, Inc.
     
How can I track my package after SAM Printings ships it out?
 
SAM Printing will send you an email notification of shipping, including when your package was shipped, the carrier used and the tracking number.  If it was shipped by US Postal Service visit http://www.USPS.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm or call 800-222-1811.  If your package shipped via United Parcel Service, please visit http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US or call 800-742-5877.
   
  
 When I order CUSTOM printing, how do I get my logo and other info to SAM Printing?
 
Please send an email to sales@SAMPrinting.com including your info such as organization name, phone number, address, etc. and also attaching a .jpg file of your logo.
 
What is the CVV number on my credit card...why do I need to supply it to Sam Printing?

YOUR CARD VERIFICATION VALUE NUMBER IS YOUR ADDITIONAL PROTECTION -- to ensure your credit card information is not being used fraudulently, please email this number to us... sales@SAMPrinting.comIf you are paying by Credit Card, we must have this number if you are a customer outside of the USA or shipping to a secondary address.

If you are using a Visa, Discover or MasterCard, please provide the 3-digit CVV (Customer Verification Value). This is the non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the Visa or MC card account number.
If your credit card is an American Express card please provide the 4-digit CID (Confidential Identifier Number). This is the 4 digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your card.
